Blueberry Chocolate Overnight Oats

These blueberry and chocolate overnight oats give you a simple breakfast you can prep ahead of time and look forward to. Packed with powerful plant polyphenols from berries, cacao, and almonds, there's no better way to start your day!


A serving of chocolate flavoured overnight oats with almonds, dark chocolate and blueberries on top

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes and chill overnight. Serves 2.


Ingredients


60g oats

2 tsp cacao powder

180ml oat milk

60g Greek yoghurt or yoghurt alternative

2 tsp maple syrup

160g blueberries

30g almonds, chopped

2 tsp cacao nibs


Method


1. Mix the oats, cacao powder, oat milk, Greek yoghurt, and maple syrup together

2. Split the mixture evenly between two jars

3. Top with the blueberries, almonds, and cacao nibs

4. Refrigerate overnight

5. Enjoy when you're ready!
